Cookie Policy
This page is a structured placeholder. The wording below has not been reviewed by legal counsel and the bracketed fields must be completed and verified before the site goes live.
Version 1.0 · Effective date: [TO BE COMPLETED ON PUBLICATION]
This document has been prepared for RealPak Trade d.o.o. and reflects the website as built. It has not yet been reviewed by a qualified Montenegrin lawyer.
1. The short version
This website does not use cookies. No cookie is set by us, and no advertising, analytics or tracking technology runs on these pages. That is why you are not asked to accept cookies when you arrive: there is nothing to consent to.
2. What cookies are, and what we use instead
A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device and sends back to its server on later visits. We set none.
We do use one item of local storage, which is a related browser feature but is never transmitted to a server:
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| realpak-lang | Local storage, first party | Remembers whether you chose English, Serbian or German, so the site does not lose your choice. Written only when you actively use the language selector. | Until you clear your browser storage |
This entry is set only in response to an action you took, and stores nothing but a two-letter language code. It carries no identifier and cannot be used to recognise you.
3. Third-party requests
We embed no third-party content: no maps, no videos, no social media widgets, no chat, no advertising, no CAPTCHA.
Typefaces are served from our own domain, not from Google Fonts. Loading a page therefore makes no request to any third-party server at all.
The only external addresses on the site are ordinary links you may choose to follow - our WhatsApp number, an "open in maps" link on the Contact page, and the supervisory authority's website. Nothing is sent to any of them unless you click.
4. If we introduce cookies later
If we ever add analytics, marketing or other non-essential technology, we will present a consent banner before any such cookie or similar technology is set. It will offer a genuine choice - accepting and rejecting will be equally easy - nothing optional will be pre-selected, and you will be able to change your mind at any time. This page will be updated first.
5. Controlling storage in your browser
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, usually under Privacy or Site data. Because we rely on neither, clearing them will not break anything on this site. The only effect is that your language choice will be forgotten.
